Scottish Salmon Cake Stack 

Flaky salmon cakes topped with a lemon dill cream and tomato garlic fresca

 Cock-a-Leekie Soup w/ oyster crackers

Chicken, leeks, carrots, celery and prunes in a savory broth.

Scotch Egg 

Scotch Egg, Pickled Red Onion, Mustard Horseradish Aioli

Haggis with Neeps and Tatties 

(american version) chopped lamb, pork belly and beef mixed with steel cut oats, stout and a special blend of spices. Served with mashed potatoes & gravy, roasted turnips 

and chef’s vegetable selection

        

Apricot Glazed Chicken

Seared chicken over sweet potato puree, sweet apricot glaze, and brussels sprouts

Pistachio Crusted Salmon

Pan seared salmon topped with mustard and pistachio panko bread crumbs, 

served with potato pancakes and chef’s vegetable selection

Bangers & Mash 

Guinness pork bratwurst sausage with creamy mashed potatoes & gravy, peas and carrots

Brandied berries with a vanilla bean custard and angel food cake bottom

Custard soaked bread with a hint of cinnamon and raisins, served with a

Celtic New Years Eve Buffet & Music

All you can eat buffet, live music, complimentary toast, tax and gratuity included. We are ringing in the Celtic New Year only this year at 7pm and will be closing at 8:30PM.
