Albafeire is a Richmond-based band focusing on traditional Scottish and Irish music. With authentic acoustic Celtic instruments including fiddles, whistles, bagpipes and bodhrán, come join band members Dave Braxton, Ava Kreider-Mueller, and Dave Kolmer for an evening of relaxed fun and foot-stomping Celtic music!
Be at Rare Olde Times on March 17th for the Paddy's day party. Doors open at 10am. Proceeds from a door charge $5 covers your entry and benefits a local charity. Music starts at 11am as we welcome musical entertainment by Cindy Jennings & Thensome 11am, The Tasty Specials 3pm Joshua Eadie and The Commonwealth 5pm, and The Donnybrooks start at 7:30pm to close out the night. Seating is very limited and first come first serve. It is a festival style atmosphere so please share seating with those that need it most.
We do NOT take reservations on St. Patrick’s Day. . We will be closed Tuesday March 18th.

This jazz ensemble plays custom-written arrangements of well-known songs in an easy swinging style.
The Green List is a cover band located in Richmond, VA. We love rock n' roll in its myriad forms and we enjoy sharing music with others. While we do have some originals, we are first and foremost a cover band. Our set lists can be best described as an eclectic mix of classic rock, alternative and country. PMS and the Hot Flashes originally performed as The Colonists, the first all-girl band in RVA, from 1966-1977. They reunited in 1998 as PMS and the Hot Flashes (for obvious reasons) until 2001. Like bad pennies, they’re back again with a repertoire filled with great songs from the 1960s to today, including favorites from James Brown, Credence Clearwater Revival, and Travis Tritt to name a few. Joshua Eadie and the Common Wealth are a folk trio from the greater Richmond area. Growing up in Montpelier on classic country and folk music. Joshua performed solo and in several bands around the River City until he met banjo player and future wife Megan Muse, a bluegrass aficionado from Amelia. Later they met mandolinist Ian Blackwood from New York, and the Common Wealth was formed. Traditional folk, bluegrass, and contemporary classics are all part of the band's repertoire, as well as popular original material about life in the Old Dominion.
Joshua Eadie and the Common Wealth are in the studio preparing to bring you their debut album, A Beautiful View of Solitude.

THE JANGLING REINHARTS came together to provide roots-rock music largely forgotten by other bands. Think: The Band meets Van Morrison and they go out to Stephen Stills' house and listen to the Monkees while watching a Barenaked Ladies video. This melting pot of music describes what they are all about. THE JANGLING REINHARTS mix popular cover songs from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s (along with the occasional TV theme song…just to see who's listening). Beautiful vocal harmonies, superb finger-style on the lead guitar, and a knack for playing the right song at the right time set THE JANGLING REINHARTS apart from the rest. THE JANGLING REINHARTS normally perform as a four-piece band, including two guitarists, bass, and drums, each of whom contribute vocals as well. Also available is an acoustic duo or trio version of the band for a more laid-back event, or just for an opening set to gradually get the evening started. Either way, you still get a great sound with a huge variety of songs you know and love. Portico is a Richmond-based cover band playing songs from a variety of genres and decades with their own twist. Whiskey Bizness is an acoustic duo in Richmond, VA. Formed in 2015, the group, consisting of Dave Pollard and Jim White, focuses on singer-songwriter/rock songs.

Chris, Paul and Kent all played in a local band called Sketch that was the house band at The Bus Stop Restaurant in Shockoe Slip (now part of Sam Miller’s) and later house band at Renegades in The West End (Kent had left the band at that point). Mike and Kent worked as a duo, then a trio with Chris to form Last Call – the name references the fact that we are all in our 60s so this band is for us “The Last Call” musically speaking.
Musical material is drawn from what we know and love best; The Beatles, Van Morrison, The Eagles, The Allman Brothers, Pink Floyd and various other songs from the 60s through the 80s. The band plays steady dates at local venues Sunset Grill in Manakin and The Pour House at Short Pump as well as private events and local country clubs, most notably Hermitage.
