Scottish Salmon Cake Stack 

Flaky salmon cakes topped with a lemon dill cream and tomato garlic fresca

 Cock-a-Leekie Soup w/ oyster crackers

Chicken, leeks, carrots, celery and prunes in a savory broth.

Seared chicken over sweet potato puree, sweet apricot glaze, and brussels sprouts
